Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are just a few of the things going on in the 812:
1. Harvest Homecoming
Harvest. Homecoming. Is. Baaaack! After looking like it might be canceled or limited this year, the Harvest Homecoming festival is back in full effect. Kids rides, craft and vendor booths, live entertainment, and the best of all of the unhealthy foods you can eat, the area's largest festival returns for another year. Opening Ceremonies take place on October 2nd in downtown New Albany. There is too much info to list here so we will link you directly to the official event page below for all of the details.

2. Steamboat Nights
Shoe Sensation presents Steamboat Nights. This is a two night festival is held at Jeffersonville's Big Four Station Park. Live music, food trucks, a beer garden, a black light experience and much more. Click on the link below for the event schedule and all the details.

3. Culbertson Mansion Haunted House
After making our list of the 10 Most Instagrammable Places In Southern Indiana, the Culbertson Mansion kicks of this year's haunted house season with "Literally, A Haunted House". Come visit one of the coolest spots in Southern Indiana and make your way through the haunted carriage house, if you dare. All proceeds go to help restore the Mansion. 4. Kid's Pumpkin Hunt
Imagine little kids running around searching for Easter eggs, racing to fill up their baskets. Now substitute pumpkins for eggs and you get Cornucopia Farm's "Kids Pumpkin Hunt". After the hunt is over, stick around to enjoy other features of the farm like the Farm Market or Cornucopia Cafe. Tickets and details at the link below.

5. Nate the Great at Derby Dinner Playhouse
The kid detective of storybook fame comes to life on stage at Clarksville's Derby Dinner Playhouse. This marks the opening weekend for this kids show/musical that is a part of DDP's Children's Musical Theatre series. Treat your kids to live theater as you enjoy breakfast (or lunch) and a show.
