Our founder and lead agent, Mike Schoonover, began his real estate career in early 2012, which means he has experienced periods of both rising home prices and falling home prices and he knows the challenges and strategies that are effective in each type of market.
Because of his experience he was chosen to mentor new agents and train them how to do the job of a Realtor and do it well. He is actively involved in coaching and teaching courses to other agents in his office on various aspects of the real estate business. Additionally he has been chosen multiple times to represent our local Keller Williams market center on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC). You can be confident that he has the experience to get your home sold and address any challenges that come up along the way.
Mike's first year in real estate he sold more homes than any first year agent in his office. His business has grown each year since that first year. In 2016 he achieved a top 10% ranking of all of the agents in the Southern Indiana Market. And in 2017 he was in the top 5% of all agents in Southern Indiana. This performance record has allowed him to expand the 812 Living Group team to include a full time transaction coordinator and other agents to help our clients achieve their real estate goals. Finally Mike's performance has been recognized with several sales awards over the years and earned him a spot on Keller William's local market center’s Agent Leadership Council (ALC).
