Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are just a few of the things going on in the 812:
1. Arianna & Anna at Parlour Jeffersonville
Note: This is a Thursday night event. Come check out they dynamic duo of Arianna Barton and Anna Blanton as they perform live at Union Restaurant and Gameyard. Anna is a violinist, mandolinist, and fiddle player (and is also the owner of Kentuckiana Music Center in New Albany) and Arianna plays guitar. They'll bring a mix of original music and cover songs with their own unique style. Check out some of Anna's work at the link below.

2. Christmas on the Hill Craft & Gift Show
Come check out the crafts and wares of more than 40 vendors taking place at the St Joe Hill campus of the St Paul II Catholic Church in Sellersburg. The Christmas on the Hill Craft & Gift Show offers a great place to shop local as we move into the holiday season. Handmade apple dumplings and homemade chili will be available for purchase as well.

3. Live Performance of Grease at Charlestown High School
The students of Charlestown High and Middle Schools will be putting on a live performance of Grease. This classical musical set in the 1950's follows the story of a group of teens as they navigate the challenges of peer pressure, politics, personal core values, and love and will feature plenty of dancing and singing. Note there are multiple showings. Tickets can be purchased at the links below or at the door if available.

4. A Christmas Story The Musical
One of America's most cherished Christmastime movies is now a musical. The cast of Derby Dinner Playhouse in Clarksville presents A Christmas Story The Musical. We triple dog dare you to get tickets to one of their performances and enjoy live theatre once again at Derby Dinner Playhouse. Tickets and info at the link below.

5. The Kick Off Classic at SIRCS
The Southern Indiana RC Speedway presents a weekend full of high intensity RC racing action at the Kick Off Classic. There will two days of racing with four different car classes represented. Fans are welcome to attend and concessions will be available for purchase. Click the link below for race times and other info.

A. Muhammad Ali Center and Frazier Museum Free Educator Day
The Muhammad Ali Center and Frazier Museum are teaming up to offer FREE admission for area educators to experience exhibitions at each location. Educators are invited to bring a friend and are encouraged to visit "the exhibitions at each location that are focused on learning from our past and considering how it affects our present."
