First Time Home Buyer Seminar Offers Expert Guidance And Hors d'oeuvres

Buying a home is a complex transaction full of protentional twists and turns. It requires lots of documentation, paperwork, negotiations, team work, and careful timing.

But if you are thinking about buying a home, don't fret. There are experts that have gone before you who can help smooth your path to getting the keys to your new home.

The IU Alumni Association of Kentuckiana has put together a group of such experts to help offer tips and maybe even a few tricks to individuals both young and old who are considering buying a home for the first time. IUAA chapter President, Jodie Lethgo sat down with us to give the details of this event. Watch below:

As Jodie mentioned, the event will take place on February 24th at Brooklyn And The Butcher in New Albany.

In addition to the event, there will be a short networking time beginning at 530 along with free hors d'oeuvres.

Registration is required for the event and it is free to IU Alumni. If you are not an alumnus of IU, then a $5 ticket is available.

At the 812 Living Group, our goal is that our clients would be the most educated home buyers (and home sellers) in Southern Indiana. This event offers an in-person opportunity to gain some invaluable information and education the home buying process.
